I think the 'Eye of Flame Beholder' is a perfect cover for a book discussing their new monster design philosophy. Everything I'm hearing suggests that the MM will include 'baseline' creatures plus several variations, so a variant of an iconic monster is a perfect way to show off the new edition.

I'm actually interested in this book, unlike the "Classes & Races" book. I'd like to see some of their design background and such for the monsters and PoL setting idea.
