Fairy Dragon sitting on a mushroom smoking hooka

OK, a customer has stumped me. She is looking for an old picture (Dragon Magazine cover, MM illo, module?) of a fairy dragon resting on a mushroom, smoking a hooka. I remember seeing this about 15 to 20 years ago. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

That may not be from a book, I think I recall having one of those fuzzy velvet posters like that in about the same time frame.

What issue Dragon was the Faerie Dragon first in? Maybe that's it? (I'd look, but I don't have the Dragon cd Compilation anymore)

First one is right (you have to look by year), fixed 2nd one.

Maybe Dragon interior? I know the Faerie dragon first appeared in TD (I remember GG writing a letter saying he liked it so much he wanted to make it an official monster). Perhaps that issue.
