Falchions special to disarming?

Weren't there special rules about falchions? Something about them getting bonuses to disarm rolls? I know two handed weapons get a +4 bonus when you use them to disarm, but I thought falchions were special to disarming... but I can't find anything about it but I thought I remembered there being something about it.

Edit, please move to the rules forum... didn't know they existed, 'till now. Doh!

No, a falchion doesn't have any special disarming moves. Perhaps, if you're old skool enough, you're mixing it up with the khopesh? They're both unusual types of swords that debuted in the 1e Unearthed Arcana. :)

I had a 1E character with proficiencies in Khopesh, Sickle, and Hook-Fauchard. And a secondary skill of Fisherman.
