How would I make the description of a fallen angel below look less like the Hag Countess and more original? As a fallen he is chaotic evil.
Where can I find a good fallen template?
I was thinking he might also have the following:
A) His monstrous looking segmented horns start at the in front of his hairline, to the back of his skull where they extend outward, curl, and come to a point.
B) He has scorched stubs where his wings where burned off.
C) long snake tail
Description: He looks like an extraordinarily tall decrepit frightening looking human-like male that stands nine feet tall. Foul black vulture wings sprout from his back. The wings measure twenty-seven feet from wing tip to wing tip and crest a full two foot-and-a-half higher than the shoulders. Black, glowing veins running throughout sagging skin that is mottled green and blue-violet and appears withered. He has a wild mane of coarse silver-grey hair. His gaunt face is hideously ugly. The large eyes flicker with black fire. The jagged iron teeth in his misshapen mouth are yellow in color. The hands are large and gnarled. Both hands have five fingers and a thumb that end in a sharp iron-like claw.

Fallen Angels

Many religions include stories of angels rebelling against a creator or becoming corrupt and evil. Sadly, this is indeed possible, though thankfully rare, and only the proudest or weakest-willed angels succumb to this fate. Fallen angels are exiles of the good realms, hunted by their former brethren and easy targets for fiends as well. The fallen lose some of the grace and light of their untainted kin, though many are said to still be tragically beautiful. Rarer still are those fallen angels strong and clever enough to join the legions of Hell, and who are often transformed into some type of devil, or those who become demons of the Abyss and carve out a niche in that horrible realm or come to serve a greater demon.

I think your description is pretty cool. But I also think fallen angels who aren't that much changed is also pretty cool and somehow more menacing.

He was kicked out of Heaven because he killed two devas. An solar forced forced his evil to manifest and he turned into an ugly being. This solar before he kicked him out of heaven scorched his wings leaving him with scorched stubs. I have thought that he can assume a more monstrous form.
How would explain how it has a three eyes and a huge mouth in the center of its chest?
Monstrous Form: A huge male creature that towers ten feet in height walks in. His whole body is a thickly muscled. His skin is mottled ash-grey in color and is thick and hard. His huge oval head is monstrous in appearance. The horizontal axis of the head is the longest. The large eyes are solid black voids, and looking into them is akin to looking into the darkest corner of one’s soul. His long deep powerful jaws are rimmed with a double row of six inches long razor sharp pointed teeth. Curving out from both sides of the neck is a set of four horns which protect the neck and shoulders. The arms and hands are gnarled. Located in the center of his chest are three huge eyes that have red irises and black scleras. Below these eyes is a huge vertical set of jaws set inside a huge horizontal set of jaws. Both sets of jaws have sharp teeth. The feet have six toes that end in sharp iron-like claws.
Which fallen angels have descriptions of them and where can I find their descriptions?

How would I go about explain that it now has insect features or is in the shape of a humanoid insect? Would that work better then it looking like the reverse image of an angel? I was think it has the ability to control and summon insects. Has there been any fallen angel that gained insect features I have also thought of it have the following features.
Located in the center of his chest are three huge eyes that have red irises and black scleras. Below these eyes is a huge vertical set of jaws set inside a huge horizontal set of jaws. Both sets of jaws have sharp teeth. His thick semi-prehensile eighteen feet long tail tapers to a thin whip that end in a spike-like stinger.

What would you say the the following? The reason he killed two Devas was to eat their body and gain more power. He found a ritual that would let him gain more power by eating the body of a dead being of celestial status or greater.
What if he was originally and instead of falling to Hell or the Abyss he fall to Gehenna? What would cause to fall to that plane instead of the Abyss or Hell? Would he better as a fallen Solar or Planetar?
How do improve both of his form's description? Would make him look more originally to stay away from the reverse image of an angel? So what would be a good way to go with the character's humanoid form then? Would it be better if he has two pairs of insect wings and a pair of bat wings instead of wings that are charred down to the bone?
Could someone draw both of his forms for me?

The hands are large and gnarled. The five feet long tail is forked, splitting into two smaller tails after the first foot of length. Both hands have five fingers and a thumb that have an extra joint.
