Falling on Pointy Things

Are there any OFFICIAL rules dealing with falling upon sharp objects? I would have to assume it would be more than just 1d6 per 10 feet of the fall if you land on a spear.. I have my own ideas about how to Rule 0 it, but I'd rather use an official source if possible.

Traps with spikes or spears are treated as if they were making attacks.

Generally speaking, they get +10 to hit, and if you're falling on them, you don't get your dex bonus to AC.
