I whipped up a quick Tolkien Elf Name Generator (based simply on the Wikipedia list of Tolkien elf names, one table randomly generating the first half, the second table generating the second half). Seems to work pretty well, so I've tied it into the Fantasy Library Creator to expand the author variety.
