Cityworks and Dungeoncraft are two books every DM should own. And at $5/each it's likely a better deal can't be found. Two very good books by Mike Mearls.

It's out of print now. You can look at various other FEGS* or eBay, but they don't have any anymore in their warehouse.

You can also try seeing if they sell it as a PDF and print it, but it won't look as good on the shelf...

I just picked up those four. Found $20 while doing laundy, figured it must be a sign.
