I placed an international order 2 weeks ago in FFG's on-line shop. The shipping i decided upon was supposed to arrive within 4-10 days, but till now I have not yet recieved my order. An e-mail I sent to FFG's e-mail, as written in the on-line shop, but 24 hours later, and still no answer.

It's christmas, a lot of americans kind of celebrate that, so don't be suprised if shipping is a bit slower, especially international delivery. The same goes for not replying withing 24 hours, it's bloody christmas...
 

At a slow season, it takes 9 days for a letter to go from the U.S. to a destination in Russia, and about 13 days for a package. With Christmas .... I'd say another week would probably be appropriate. I'd imagine that it's about the same distance to an Israel destination.

As for the e-mail ... odds of a reply before the middle of next week are slight to nil. ;)
 

My copies of the Monster's handbook and Darkness and Dread showed up today. I originally placed the order on 12/16. A six day turnaround on an order during this season is actually pretty speedy.
 

I placed my order on the 15th and I still haven't gotten my 5 books. I'll have to e-mail them and ask for a tracking number so I can find out what happened to them, especially since the charge has been made to my bank account.
 

My order was placed on the 8th and my account charged on the 9th.

Still no sign of the fourteen books I purchased...?

One email already into them and still no response after 48 hours...?

Keeping my fingers crossed that it shows up in the next day or two...

Well, I got my order yesterday, but still no word from the company as a reply to my e-mail.
Also, I placed my order on the 9th, but according to the stamp on the package they only sent it out on the 14th!!!

I understand it is christmas, and with new-year's eve coming up this is a holiday season. But what the Hell?!

If you conduct a sale of your products and you want people to come back and buy again, be sure to give them a good service! And I do not consider this a good service.
I got he books, and yes, I enjoy them, but this does not eman that the attitude I see from the company is lousy, to say the least.
I will certainly stay clear off their store, and it have to be a pretty good book, with much relevance to my campaign for me to even consider their books again.
 

The 9th was a thursday, you could have ordered, after closing.
Friday or monday it gets processed, and packaged.
At the bank i work at we get postal pickup at around 17:00, and i know that it gets processed at night, so although you posted it on for example monday, it could get processed after 24:00 and as a result have a post date of tuesday the 14th.
Does the site say that it gets shipped within 24 hours?

Let's not forget that they are having a sale, your not the only one who wants their books cheap and RIGHT NOW! I imagine that they got a dreadful lot of orders in a very short period and they don't have the capacity of a store like amazon. I think that there's just one guy who packages and ships this stuff...

Just wanted to correct my previous post. The "problem" was not theirs, it was my UPS man iding my package since I wasn't home. My kids found it a couple hours after I e-mailed FFG, who responded less than 14 hours later.

So I have my books and they were delivered timely enough for me.
