Fantasy Sound Effects Sites

Does anyone know of a site that has a bunch of free sound effects that could be used to enhance my RPG? I don't want modern of sci-fi stuff - I am looking for something that would go along with dnd. (Then again, I hope to run Deadlands soon too).

You know, ghosts moaning, dragons roaring, evil cultists chttering in arcane languages. Easy stuff like that

A friend of mine had a cool ghost sound once that was creepy and the sound effects for arrows being shot at us was good too.

So any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Nature Sounds

A free range of nature sound effects that you can compose together and download as a MP3. Really useful for ambience.

Has anyone had any success using sond effects? Is it worth it or does it sound 'tacky'?

I've used FindSounds - Search the Web for Sounds to get a good range but it's a search engine so you have to check the legality/copyright yourself much like google image etc

Heh, I saw the topic and thought "My mouth, and sometimes other body parts". It's one of those things I like to do... the sound of a sloppy, wet, but at the same time crunch that the otyugh makes when it's consuming a human femur is not to be missed at my table... or orcs that sound about as smart as they could be.

Meh, if all you'Re doing is playing the sounds around your gaming table, I'm not too worried about copyright issues.

((Yes, I know that it might very well violate copyright, my point is, when it's five people sitting around a gaming table, I just don't care.))
