Fast Foward new books?

Walked by the Fast Forward booth and was impressed to see a large number of products including something like three new hardcovers.

Has anyone gone over 'em yet? The art in Demons & Devils II looked better than the first one but I didn't get into the details too much.

The OrcFeast looked interesting. Starting campaign module. Should be cool to see how that goes.

Can't even remember what the other two hardcovers were. Another item book? I know the last one was a location book... Ah, senility at such a young age!

I think the location book was 'Enchanted Locales' or 'Enchanted Places' or something similar. I flipped through it in my FLGS and was about as impressed with it as I have been with their other stuff.

I didn't go through page by page, but what I saw was basically a map on the right hand side and on the facing page, a bunch of stat blocks of things to fight there. Barely any description, no tactics, no reason for existence. Maybe all of that was contained elsewhere in the book, or maybe they had a violent reaction to the 'Too much fluff' reaction to their '* of Power' series, I'm not sure.

I spotted a hardcover byt the name "Green Races" in FLGS last week, but it was shrinkwrapped..:( If FFE (or any store) think I'm dumb enough to pick up one of their books without flipping....hey, more power to them.

I bought Green races it wasn't shrink wrapped maybe your store did it? I haven't bought Enchanted location's I Probably won't either but it basically had a map on one side of the page and descriptions on the other and as the other guy said no fluff at all. green races does have some fluff if you like monster oriented worlds.

So GR is a campaign setting? I thought it was a campaign adventure thingy (Y'know like RtToEE). When you say monster oriented are we talking Green-Skin Pcs, or just lots of monsters to hack?

It's a campaign setting in a world of monsters, there are humans and elves but they live in a completely different region in this setting they give you a bunch of different monster races to choose from.

It is actually a pretty good book it you are interested in playing monsters and it is possible to use the material in it as a kind of layout of the enemies territories. I guess they plan on telling us about the Bronzemen(humans) and Dragonelves (elves ) eventually.
