What happens to PC with fast heal if his HP drops below 0? Does he continue to regenerate as usual becoming stable at the beginning of his next round?

I suppose he can recover, just wanted to be sure

Yes. It won't work when he's actually *dead* though.

It continues to heal them unless they die in which case the fast healing stops.

I believe that it shoud stabilizes the pc as a cure minor wound does the same, but I don't have my books with me. The one thing I'm not sure of is on the pc's first turn unconsicus does the bleeding or the fast healing take effect first. If the former takes place first the pc may die if at -9 when he had an ability that could save him. If the latter takes place first the bleeding never happens as the pc is stablilized.

If thats true can a zombie or reanimated creature with fast healing when alive no longer have fast healing as an undead?

Fast healing doesnt use positive energy, some undead have fast healing. Although zombies lose all special qualities other than those that help melee or ranged attacks, same for skeletons. Others might keep it, but most lose them.

mmm.. fast healing -1, talk about a horrible ability! ;) Maybe creatures who live on the positive material plane have something like that?
