fast healing

Without using items, what is the easiest/fastest way for a character to get fast healing as an ability? (So lowest level one can get it).

Warlocks can have it for a short time. Anything else have it? Limited to, say, +1 ECL races?

The only thing I remember off of the top of my head is the feral template (+1 LA) from Savage Species.

Does the level 1 Cleric / Druid spell Lesser Vigor count?

Forsakers (3.0 only, MotW) gain Fast Healing for a few rounds each day fairly early in their career. (not that I'd recommend using it for PC's. Ever.)

Be a Changeling from ECS and take the Warshaper PrC from CW. Effectively constant Fast Healing 2 at 9th level.

Half-vampires (template) from Libris Mortis have limited fast healing. It only heals up to half the half-vampire's maximum hit points, but it otherwise works like ordinary fast healing.

Undead with the Evolved Undead template from Libris Mortis (+1 LA for each time it's assigned) get fast healing 3 (which increases by 3 each time the template is assigned).
