Man, this movie blew me away. If you want to really be immersed in a different world and like independent film I highly recommend it. It is just incredibly amazing inspiration for a glimpse into a completely different culture and lifestyle at a dramatically lower technology level.
Has anyone else seen this and been inspired? It makes a polar circle type campaign, or at least adventure, really seem like it could be fun and gives you lots of ideas about what day to day life up there entails as well as some interesting insight into different concepts of spiritualism and belief. The characters and conflicts were also very compelling.
Aside from that the movie is just amazing in general -- the acting, directing, everything. Wow! I'd like to put a caveat on my recommendation that this movie is decidedly un-Hollywood though.
