Fast Wildshape

The feat Fast Wildshape says that you can Wildshape as a move action.

Can I move and change shape at once? For example, start my round in human form and move 30 feet and change to a wolf at the same time, ending my move near an enemy, then taking a standard action to attack my enemy. Sound legit?

I don't think so. The wildshape takes a Move action, it doesn't say it can be done along with another move action. Compare with the SRD description of drawing a weapon:
SRD said:
Drawing a weapon so that you can use it in combat, or putting it away so that you have a free hand, requires a move action. This action also applies to weapon-like objects carried in easy reach, such as wands. If your weapon or weapon-like object is stored in a pack or otherwise out of easy reach, treat this action as retrieving a stored item.

If you have a base attack bonus of +1 or higher, you may draw a weapon as a free action combined with a regular move. If you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two light or one-handed weapons in the time it would normally take you to draw one.

If Fast Wildshape doesn't have something equivalent to the second paragraph, you're out of luck.

No
You can wildshape as a move action that would leave with a standard action.
With the standard action you could move or attack, but not both.

However there is a feat that lets you wildshape as a swift action (requires the wildshape as a move action feat). I think it is in Complete Champion (perhaps elsewhere as well).

That would leave you with a move and standard action.
