Fastest Land Speed at lvl 20 ?

Ratling
Sohei 4/Psychic Warrior 6/Blade Dancer 10

With Speed of Thought and Run feat (doh forgot to mention it :P).

Base movement of 40 ft' +10' for a Burst + 10' for a Ki Frenzy
60' [ * 3 for Blade Dancer * 2 Boots of Springing Striding ~= *4 ]
240' * 5 [Running] ~= 1200 ft.

If you consider the Psychic Warrior sufficenct to meet the (ability to cast arcane or divine spells) requirement for Blade Dancer, you can improve it in a different manner. Go Psychic Warrior 10/Blade Dancer 10 and taking 3 Speeds of Thoughts (Power Point Pool requirement of 29).
Getting a base movement of 70' ft + 10'ft Burst
(80') * [3 for Blade Dancer * 2 Boots of Springing Striding ~= *4]
320 * 5(running) ~= 1600 ft.

[ Sidenote, 14 Speed of Thoughts requires 139 Power Point base, and Psychic Warriors dont' get bonus power points on ability, it isn't even possible as a 20th level Psychic Warrior, the closest is 13th, at 20th, and then you're just sitting on all your power points to maintain the enhanced speed. For 18th level psychic Warrior you can get 10 Speed of Thoughts, although you can only have 9 feats available to have spent on them. ]

Or Psychic Warrior 8 (2 Speeds of Thought), Barbarian 1, Sor1, Blade Dancer 10

40' (base) +10' (barbarian) +20' (Speed of Thought) + 10' Burst
80'ft * [3 (Blade Dancer) * 2 (Expeditious Retreat) * 2 (Boots of Springing And Striding) ~= *5 multiplier rules, oopsie ] ~= 400 ft' (*5 for Running) 2000 ft.

[ Realized that ratlings/nezumi existed ]

[ Ya know, think I would have remembered how to multiply ]

The 'Horseshoes of Speed' are a good one ... a speed item that doesn't use expeditious retreat, so stacks with it :), but my goal was "without using items" ;)

That must be errata, then. By my book, the reserve power points for 1 speed of thought is 1 pp and then goes up by 4 for each additional speed of thought. So, reserve for 14 Speed is (13x4)+1, that is 53 pp, not 139. Am I missing something?
