Secondly, after buying the EZ-Dungeon Basic set 2 months ago, I just received an email from FDG this weekend that included an e-coupon for getting the new set for just $2. All because I bought their old set within the last 6 months.

That's customer relations at its best. I immediately logged into RPGNow, checked out the new set, and made the purchase. I was just too impressed that a company would give a bonus to existing customers like that.

Thanks a lot, guys! Keep up the good work. I'll try to let people here know how the new tiles work out soon.

Thanks for the kind words! I always try to put myself in the customer's position when deciding how to market this stuff (after all, I'm a gamer too.) My wife and I do this full time (four years now), so customer satisfaction is paramount to us. I need you guys to keep coming back for more, at least until I retire in 30 years!

I recently bought the Basic set as well, and was pleasently surprised about the 2 dollar deal email. (Two days after the purchase to be exact. I didn't even have time to make any yet.) The only problem I've had with the Deluxe set was gorking what you meant in the EZ Dungeon Basing and Layouts pdf. It shows several, what I assumed, 4x8 and 8X8 corners and wall peices. Yet when I went to print them off, I couldn't find them. It wasn't until my wife explained that I needed to print off the floor pieces and them glue corner and wall sections to it until they matched what was shown on the pdf, that I would get the results discussed in the pdf.
