I don't have the book in front of me and last night in the early am this seemed more unclear, so this is an advanced apology if I missed something basic. 
That out of the way, the seal fate ability says that the base DC is 20, but that it can be modified by adding spin. It doesn't specify a limit I think, so does that mean I can add, say 14 points of spin (if I accumulate that much). Or, is this limited by the max spin you can put on a spell, which is 3.
Secondly, would you allow this to work on undead?
