Favorite duke of hell?

Well, for the sheer evilness of him, its Lucifer.

However, since we are talking actual statted D&D fiends, I would have to go with either Mephistopheles or Belial prior to all the Bloodwar/Planscape tripe. I like Belial because he always seems to be scheming to maintain his position as a duke against two other powerful devils who want him destroyed. And Mephistopheles is cool because of his old pic in MM2, and his ultimate desire to displace Asmodeus as supreme ruler of Hell.
