I'm going with gnolls.
In my campaign gnolls are the offspring of two ancient races, one of which was canine.
The canine race is still around, they are good aligned and have a very shamanistic, Native American type of culture.
The gnolls are evil and militant. They tend to have a flind leader wielding flindbars (a big gnoll, with a set of overgrown nunchaku) around to add muscle.
Tying for second place would be goblins and kobolds, since they're usually encountered together. The goblins are mean little critters, they dwell in caves during the day and come out at night to raid villages. They have also subjugated the kobolds, by keeping their numbers down, and use them as slaves. The goblins make sure to keep the kobold numbers low and split them up, since the kobolds are naturally adept with magic. If they were allowed to organize...
A typical encounter would most likely involve a few goblins acting as scouts and a kobold magic-user accompanied by some handlers.
Orcs IMC aren't any more evil, on average, than humans. They don't care much for visiters, though. They are also almost entirely confined to the black desert, so running into one anywhere else is a rare thing indeed.
