The Event

Ever want to play an ogre mage and raze a paladin’s keep? Does thinking of those shiny do-gooders just make you want to enter a berserk rage? Well, we’ve got the game for you!

Fiery Dragon Productions will be running a single 4-hour session of 3.5 D&D, featuring our adventure The Giant’s Skull (revised for this event only!), at GenCon on Saturday, July 26, starting at noon. This is not a scheduled con gaming event, so you won’t find it in the official event listings; rather, it'll be a pick-up style game, and we’re taking players on a first-come, first-served basis. The four players involved will each receive a free copy of FDP’s Counter Collection IV: World of the Diamond Throne, a supplement designed for use with Monte Cook’s new Arcana Unearthed (which will be available at GenCon), at the end of the session.

If you’re interested in playing, please let us know at our message boards (http://www.fierydragon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=000075), and make sure you leave an email address with your post so we can contact you with our booth location and other pertinent information. Also, be sure to post even if four or more folks get to the thread before you, since you (and we) can’t guarantee that everyone who’s interested will actually show up at our booth at the con, so runners-up might still stand a good chance of getting to play…

Why, that'd be me... :)

That's going to be one lucky group of players! FDP is well known for its great adventures, and the FDP crew is just as renown for fun. Anyone fortunate enough to snatch up a seat at that table will be having a great time! :)

Why, thanks for the kind words, Mark. You'll have to join the gang for a pint or three at some point over GenCon, you realize...

Or let us rifle through your stuff again, while you wander off. Last year we found $2.57 in change -- converting that back to Canadian, we were able to pay for our flights.

Of course, the exchange rate has changed this year, and we'd only be able to buy a McDeal at the drive-thru*.

*see, I spelled it that way for you Americans!

I went without food for a week because of you guys! ;)

That other "device" was not mine, btw, andI have no idea how it may have gotten mixed in with my stuff... :p

Ahem... Anyway... Pints, eh? I've heard good things about those. Sounds like a winner! :)
