Oh sure, after I stop DMing in the West Wood region and go to the Scarred Lands, now you come out with this! :D

Fantastic stuff guys and the price is right.

It looks terrific, guys.

And congrats to Mike on his first layout -- you'd certainly never know it's a first, as it looks better than most I've seen.

Cheers,

Wow... finished this info looks even better.

Now I can retire my old printouts ;)

At a first glance it seems all the irregularities I noticed were corrected.

Now let's see if it can survive the scrutinizing look if I am looking at it closely... :D

GREAT work.

I assume Hollobrae and "A Murder in Hollobrae" are next?

You comedian, you!

Hahahaha!!! Good one, Selganor! :)

Checking over our Karathis PDF schedule, I see they're due to be posted.... this time next year! Maybe! :)

For those just checking it out, don't forget to download a few related PDFs including:

Religion in Karathis
Sun Knight of Solorien Prestige Class

available Here

Also, congratulations to Mike, who did such a great job on his very first layout! And to Todd for writing such an adventure-hook filled piece. And Todd and Claudio for the art. What a love-in!

Feel free to direct comments to the boys on the Karathis Message Board

I'm not sure if I understand. Are you trying to say it's free? :p

Seriously, that sounds cool. I've heard nothing but good from y'all, so I'm eager to get this introduction to your stuff. :D

Yes, we shouldn't forget that Selganor's knowledge of Karathis is second to none (thanks for the save buddy ;) ). I know he's got the link to his Karathis site available, but here it is again - http://karathis.2xs.de/ - just in case ya missed it.

Thanks again, and yes, you assume correctly - this time next year. Maybe. :D

Hi there, FDP-folk!

Y'know, I don't really care for pdf material for the most part, but it so happened that on the day the notice about the 'West Wood' release went up on the EN World front page, I was looking for a 'mini-setting' for the next three-months (I'm leaving town for a bit, and don't want to lug much of my gaming library around), so I downloaded it.

Suffice to say, I'm more than impressed. I haven't picked up any of the modules linked to the West Wood yet, as I usually buy only sourcebooks and create my own adventures, but I think I will try to get hold of some of them (particularly NeMoren's Vault, if I can find it) before I leave.

Great work!

Regards,
Darrell King

We're glad you like the West Wood PDF, Darrell! :)

If you poke around a bit on the Fiery Dragon site, you'll run across a few more goodies that would be of use for running a West Wood campaign.

On the Links page, you can find a PDF on religion in Kalendia, with details on the deities worshipped, their domains, and even some new domains. We also have availabe a short PDF for the Sun Knight of Solorien prestige class, as well as the adventure Himrak War Party (which you can use as a prelude or follow-up to NeMoren's Vault).

Clicking on some of the links on the Products page will also net you a few extras.

Of course, just going to the GM's Day page set up by Claudio will get you all the links in one place. :D

If you ever have any questions about the setting, do feel free to drop by the FDP message boards. The guys are always eager to talk about adventuring in the West Wood.

We hope you enjoy your campaign in the barony!

Take care,
Mike
