Feasible or not?

So I've been thinking about strikers and wondering if an at-will that grants a crit on 19-20. Is doable idea or is there a class that has already set a precedent? It would otherwise be a normal attack 1[w] + stat. But with a better critical range. So, Thoughts?

Not as broken as twin strike .

The closest extant power might be Hope's Audacity, an at-will for the Ardent class.

How does hopes audacity work? Ardent is from phb3 isn't it?

Yes, it's from the PHB3. It's one of those "allies can score crits on 19-20 until the end of your next turn" sorts of powers.

When I see jagged weapons, which can give players access to 19-20 crits before epic tier, I don't worry about this too much. High crit ranges are really a problem when the players use them with good powers. Since this power is supplying the high crit range, I don't think it will be to abusable.

Thanks for the feed back guys! We will see how this plays out. I am trying to make an armored striker class. Sort of a knight errant/musketeer kind of thing. I have seen some other attempts at similar things recently so hopefully I'll have something up about it soon.
