Feat discrepency in Combat Challenge/Superiority

Combat Challenge grants you an Immediate Interrupt basic attack when a mark attacks someone/shifts away. It is not an Opportunity Attack.

Combat Superiority modifies your existing Opportunity Attacks.

So, with this stuff said, I'm confused by a few feat descriptions.

Potent Challenge has the pre-req that a Fighter needs Combat Challenge. The Feat description on the Chart says Con Mod to Opportunity attacks. However, the text of the feat says "Opponent hit by your Combat Challenge feature".

The same thing happens with Distracting Shield.

What gives?

Text trumps tables. In both cases the feats affect combat challenge but not opportunity attacks. Probably a remenent from an earlier rules iteration where combat challenge did grant opportunity attacks. Personally I might house rule that to be the case.
