feat: feint as move-eq?

In 3.0E, I thought there was a WotC feat that allowed feinting in combat as a move-equivalent (not standard) action, but now I can't find it. Did I fail my Fort save against blindness, or did I just blow my Knowledge (3E feats) skill check?

Improved Feint is 3.5.

In 3.0 there is Quicker than the Eye (similar, tho technically not feinting in combat), which is found in Song and Silence.
