Feat order

When taking feats, can two feats be taken at the same level when one is a prerequisite for another?

Our Warblade might be taking Powerful Charge and Greater Powerful Charge... Can he pick up both at the same level?

I am not sure about the two feats you specifically mention- I don't have them in front of me, so I don't know what the prereqs are- but generally, yes you can. Witness the first-level fighter with Combat Expertise and Improved Trip, or Power Attack and Cleave.

I don't see any reason why not, so long as you take the feat that is the prerequisite first and you meet all the prerequisites for both feats.

When leveling, there is "sort-of" order about how to select things, but with feats are chosen at a particular place within that order. When it comes time to select feats, if you have met the prerequisites for feat A you can take it. If you get more than one feat and you meet the prerequisites of feat B then you can take it. Personally, I don't much care if A and B are related in any way so long as you meet the prerequisites.

YMMV, I suppose

From the SRD:

Some feats have prerequisites. Your character must have the indicated ability score, class feature, feat, skill, base attack bonus, or other quality designated in order to select or use that feat. A character can gain a feat at the same level at which he or she gains the prerequisite.
