Feat to add action points?

Does anybody know of a feat that increases the number of action points a character receives? (We use action points from Unearthed Arcana, but my DM would probably let me use an Eberron feat if it exists.) I don't need to increase the die size, or otherwise change how action points work ... I'm just wondering if there's a feat to provide more of them.

No. But it can be used for NPCs, it's their only way to get action points (well, except DM fiat saying that this one just gets them )

(But I think where you get the idea from - the text specifically mentions that it is usable by NPCs. But it's not limited to them)

Nope, it's good for PCs too. It's actually prereq for Heir of Syberis PrC.

I had a HoS house Orien archer cleric once...ah, good times...

If you play a Barbarian and plan to use Rage more than 3 times per character level (and why wouldn't you?), Raging Luck is actually better. It gives a free action point each time you enter Rage, which vanishes if not used before the Rage ends.
