Feats as Pre-Reqs for Prestige Classes?

Say a prestige class requires an item creation feat as a pre-req. Does a wizard automatically qualify b/c he gets Scribe Scroll as a bonus feat?

My instinct says yes...

If the req is just "Any Item Creation Feat", yep, they do. It's a real feat.

that's why with my homebrew PRC's I always say the class requires at least 2 or 3 metamagic feats.
