Feats for my setting

First Post
This is part of the house rules for the setting I'm working on. There's somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 feats in this, of which somewhere between 150 and 200 are taken from other sources, including the Revised SRD (the rest are original to me)

If you like 'em, or find something broken, let me know. I appreciate any and all feedback you have the time to give me.

This first file is a zipped RTF. I'll try for the larger (and prettier) PDF version in a post after this one.

Heh. I haven't finished reading the doc, but one thing strikes me as particularly cool (and thus this is a recommendation for others to download these feats and check 'em out):

Brutal Coup de Grace: BAB 5+. The character has mastered a particularly ugly way of delivering a final blow to a person. When this feat is taken, decide if it is graceful (DEX based) or powerful (STR based); the character must make a DC 15 check against the appropriate attribute when performing a coupe de grace to do it "special". Fores who can see it must make a Will save or suffer a -2 morale penalty to hit and damage against the character for the remainder of the fight.

That is just fun stuff, I'm going to have to show that to my group and see if we can incorporate it. BTW, shouldn't there be a DC attached to the Will Save? Is the DC = the result of the brute's successful roll?

That one's not original to me, more's the pity, although I rewrote it a bit for flavor and clarity. Looks like I missed something, though...

There is no DC, apparently ;). The save DC should be equal to 10 + 1/2 level + (STR or DEX).

Hey! I recognize some of these! ;)

Looks like a good sampling of open-source and probably custom feats - my only critical comment would be that so many of them provide such small, granular benefit, that it would really require your system to grant more feats to each PC to see them properly impact play and enhance the fun and create customization like it seems you want.

1 feat per 2 class levels for all, at a minimum.

In my experience, more feats just equals faster progression along the same feat chain, rather than greater diversity. Different campaigns will differ, of course, which is why this is just a feat list rather than rules for the feats - it sounds like your group would benefit from the huge list combined with faster feats :D.

As long as the same rule applied to NPC and creature HD, this should be just as balanced as otherwise, although certainly more powerful than the standard. Just beware the fly-by wingover baby dragons ;).
