feats Q?

I've got 2 questions for you relating to feats:

1) is there a compiled list and description of feats from DRAGON magazine lying around?

2) As DM's do you allow all d20 feats into a game or just WotC ones? A while ago there was a netbook of compiled feats link posted here, and a few seemed either overpowered or underpowered and upon closer inspection, they weren't fron D&D?

2) H NO! feats (except for PHB "Core" feats) are allowed only on a case by case basis.

I alloow feats from mnany, many sources but I have to approve them first. But it's a rare feat that my party chooses that I think is too powerful.

2) There is a d20 feat book called appropriately if unimaginatively: Feats by AEG. http://www.alderac.com/d20/sourcebooks.html

I use the feats from my campaign setting, the core rules feats, and the feats from the WotC classbooks. I am open to using feats from other products, but no one has requested the use of one.

I'm working on one, but it won't contain descriptions (as Dragon material is generally not OGC). It will be part of a complete index of Dragon magazines from the first 3e issue onwards.

I'm slow, scattered and busy though, so no promises on when I'll actually finish it.

You need Excel or something that can view Excel spreadsheets.
It contains all feats, spells, magic items, prestige classes, psionic powers etc etc up to Dragon 307, including about 100 other sources. Doesn't include descriptions though, for the reasons stated above.
