Feats that reduce armor check penalties?

Anybody know of any feats that reduce armor check penalties? I'm making some NPC bad guys that are known for wearing heavy armor and I'm trying to find good feats/PrC for them.

Hmm, Armor Check Penalties or arcane spell failure?

There are for Arcane Spell Failure I know.

For Armor Check though I think there's just mithral and masterwork. Hmm.

I can't think of any off the top of my head, but if I had to make one up on the spot, I'd allow characters to reduce the check penalty of light or medium armor by 1 for one feat slot. Characters could spend up to three feats for a total reduction of 3.
