Feint and uncanny dodge

I have a rogue with improved feint. Two party members have uncanny dodge. If one of them was dominated and forced to fight against us, would I be able to feint and gain sneak attack damage with an unarmed strike?

Yes, your character may use the feint skill against a character with uncanny dodge.

Feinting denies an opponent their Dexterity bonus to AC. Uncanny dodge doesn't help against that, since it only protects against being Flat-footed. Likewise, Improved Uncanny dodge doesn't help either, which only protects against flanking.
