Female Gamemasters?

Met a woman GM in '86. Champions. She'd been GMing since '77. I married her. :D

In three of the four main groups I've gamed with have had female GMs (most groups rotated who GMed).

I've known quite a few great female GMs over the years gaming in the North Carolina area, two in particular who ran Shadowrun and D&D / Pathfinder, respectively. It has as much to do with the welcomeness of the overall local gaming community as it does demographics for an area, in my experience - the more female players are welcomed in a local gamer community, the more frequently you'll find women gamers who want to take a turn at the GM wheel.
