[FENG SHUI] Help me ASAP!

Alright, my group's plans for D&D this afternoon have fizzled, so now we're trying to do a quick game of Feng Shui. They're making characters as I write this. What I need a little help from you on, my fellow EN Worlders, is an adventure! I have a book of adventure scenarios, but they all have lots of magic and time travel... and well... I don't know the rules for that... I just want a light, but very cool adventure.

Are tehre any non-magical Feng Shui adventures out there? I could try my hand at running the Feng Shui game that's described in... I thinik Wulf's story hour...

But please help!!!

I ran the adventure from the back of the book the day I got it. it kicked ass. We had hella fun.

EDIT: You mean Six in the Chamber? That rocked. I think it was Doc Midnight, though. When improving adventures, remember: don't write stats. Just assign dudes AVs, Toughness, and Speed as you enter the battle, and use whatever schticks you think they should have.

Alright, well...

I think I could BS something fairly well, especially with the nifty stuff that's in the GM Screen that I got... but I could use a decent plot... sum it up in a paragraph or so... hell I could just try and do Doc M's adventure, really....

but more ideas, please!

An as-yet unarmed nuclear bomb is being smuggled in to Turkey via cross country road. Chase down the car, follow it on to a high way, and finally catch them as they crash in to an occupied mall, where a really fantastic shoot out will occur.

Heck you could just do Piratecat's Chicago Gameday Feng Shui game. Start the PC's off dropping like rocks a mile over San Francisco Bay without parachutes.

That was by far, the BEST game intro I ever had (I had the pleasure of playing in that game, as did one of my players). I'll just keep things fast like that.... Right now I think i'm starting my characters off in a DMV when all hell breaks loose.... :D

I played in that one too, which is why I suggested it. But if one of your players went through it as well, that kinda takes it out of the running. Too bad!

Thank you very much for some of the ideas guys. I ended up just sort of making something up and using the locations and mooks from On Location, the booklet that comes with the Feng Shui GM's screen. (Great product for the game, by the way...) I may actually do a story hour of it, just because it WAS rather amusing, to say the least.

I'll start a real thread in the right place soon enough... but here's a little teaser.

The Cast:

Dr. Answers (played by Fayredeth): Have you ever been inside a Radio Shack, and watched any of the tvs that are in there? If you haven't, then Dr. Answers is this funny guy always wearing a white lab coat who always has answers to peoples tech problems. Well... my good pal Ed played this guy. Nothing like trying to sell Radio Shack products to a guy who's giving you a job, and really, nothing beats driving around in a pimped out Radio Shack van...

Jack Clark, a transformed animal, formerly a dragon.

Some ex-special forces guy

I'll update more in an upcoming thread in the story hour forum... :D
