FFG's Path of the Sword

Yep! Path of Magic (Brd/Sor/Wiz) should be out at Gencon, then later in the year you'll see Path of Shadow (Rog) and Path of Faith (Clr/Dru/Pal).

We've got many of the same authors doing each of the books, so I'm hoping for a consistency in quality, rules, and feel throughout the series. I'm excited about it!

Path of Magic that soon, excellent.

I'm drooling over Path of Faith...I really enjoy playing religious characters.

Paul, clerics and paladins are traditionally the characters I play the most, so I'm looking forward to it as well. :)

Lady Dragon, I'm not sure if the books will be shipping before Gencon. We are scheduled to get them the day before we leave, so I would probably look for them in retail stores mid-late in the month!

Mine are Rangers, Clerics and Paladins. Will it hit around Christmas? If so, its going on my list.

Right now, and you know how these things go, Path of Faith is scheduled for an October/November release, so keep it on that list! :)

Path of Swords is pretty good for Rangers, that's the main reason I bought it. It deals with the combat sidem, no new spells or anything magical. The two alt Rangers look pretty solid.

I buy most FFG stuff and will definitely be getting these. Are the hardcover btw?

Yes, it is a hardback. Better binding job than Spells & Spellcraft, too, yay!

Path of the Sword is excellent and it further reinforces my belief that FFG makes quality d20 material. Since I'm not a huge fan of the Quintessential series, these books are nothing less than a must-buy for me.

Interesting that Rogues are getting their own book in this series, but I guess it makes sense seeing that they are some of the most versatile characters out there.

And yes, I am a FFG fanboy. Every product of theirs I have bought I have loved and used in my games. So, my opinion might just be a little biased... ;)
