Fiend-blooded question

The Fiend-blooded class's Fiendish Sorcery ability allows you to add new spells to your spells known list which might not normally be on your class list. The restriction is the spell either has to have the fire descriptor or be from the necromancy, illusion or enchantment school.

My question is, what is the spell's level if you're adding a spell which is available at different levels?

Specifically, there's a spell in Hordes of the Abyss which is something like Cleric 5, Sorc/Wiz 5, Corruption 4. Could I take this spell as if it were level 4?

I actually screwed that up. It's Bard 5/Cleric 5/Corruption 4. It's not a sorcerer/wizard spell at all.
