Fiend Folio info and speculation

Hopefully they show some respect for our little blue skinned friends and put the Xvart in there, with a bit more detail than Sean Reynolds gave them in the Living Greyhawk Journal.

Praise Raxivort!

Which Dragon issue was that in?

Olive, I guess we'll have to wait and see.
It's in the same issue that those evil elemental creatures are in, the Gingwatzim or something. Not too sure of the number though, I'll have to look through my issues.

#295.

I speculate we'll finally get the armanite and goristro tanar'ri to 3E, in addition to the rest of the unconverted yugoloths and baatezu.

What I'd really like to see is modrons...

Both of those were in Manual of the Planes weren't they?

right about the old tanar'ris... but there are also the alkilith, bulezau, and maurezhi (although wasn't one of them in CotSQ?)

i recently converted the baernaloth... don't remember if i put it on the CC yet or not? and of course, you can find all the devils there you'd ever need. ;)

as for the modrons, didn't WotC use the CC's modrons for the MotP web supplement? hopefully they will also see print in the new FF. :)

they did, and i got the real impression that current WotC thinking is that the modrons are there if you want them, but they don't really care anymore.

So there are official modrons, and they're free!!!

I know which issue the Blood Golem is. I was asking about the Demon.

Pants, thanks I think I have the issue but I don't remember them being there. I'll check again though.

Jez, it's okay. We all make mistakes and I didn't specify.

I was profoundly disappointed by the MMII so I really hope FF is a better product. James Wyatt's involvement gives me some hope that it will be.

Frankly, I would really, REALLY like to see an explanation for why tanar'ri are immune to electricity (and why balors are not immune to fire... except IMC, of course). After all, there seems to be nothing about the environment of the Abyss to explain this, unlike Baator where it makes sense for the baatezu to be immune to fire.
