The locations on the table of contents make me smile, and it's got some names that are perking my ears (especially Dispater's garden). The book is on my buy list.

But I'll still grumble about the lack of Ancient Baatorians.

It is the TOC from Dragon Magic.
I got the same zip as you. The title says FC2, but they obviously clicked the wrong file when they made it.

Dragon Magic came out back in September. It's awesome, you'll definitely get your money's worth.

Yeah, I liked it as well.
You need to be interested in a lot of dragon theme stuff. But it is really good for that.
