Fighter Bonus Feats & New Books

Has there been any faq or update on which, if any, feats from sources like the splat books, Sav. Spec. etc. are allowable as bonus feats for a fighter?

Most of them specify. The first printing of Sword & Fist didn't, but I believe the second printing does; I know the errata does.

Generally, the fighter bonus feats are marked with an asterix.
