Fighter Weapon Talent and Lance of Faith don't stack?

After reading bonus types it says that a Power bonus is anything gained from a class feature or a class power. So am I correct in thinking that the +1 from Fighter Weapon talent does not stack with the +2 gained from the clerics Lance of Faith power if said cleric uses it on said fighter?

No, a Power bonus is -often- gotten from powers. You can tell when you have them when it says 'Give a +x power bonus'. Named bonuses are named explicitly.

Your fighter weapon talent is a +1 bonus, and has no name and therefore stacks with everything else.

Some powers give unnamed bonuses as well. The easy way to tell the difference is to see if it says 'bonus' or 'power bonus'

Your probably right, just through me because they actually mention class feature and I don't remember actually seeing a class features that say "power bonus".

They stack. Lance of Faith is a power bonus and thus will not stack with other power bonuses. Fighter Weapon Talent is an unnamed bonus and thus will stack with everything.

Okay how about this then?

1. Does a Dragonborn warlord Combat vetren get to apply his con modifier twice when using a healing surge?

2. Does a Brutal scoundral rogue get to apply his STR modifier twice when sneak attacking with Torturous Strike?

I'm pretty sure that's a yes on both.

Named bonuses of the same type don't stack. Many bonuses (particularly from class features) aren't named, and therefore stack with everything. Named bonuses from similar sources usually have the same name.
For example, the bonus to Initiative from Quickdraw and from Improved Initiative are both from feats, and both named the same way (Feat bonuses in this case) so they don't stack. If one (or both) wasn't named, they would stack.

It is a yes to both. In the first situation the dragonborn modifier is an unnamed bonus and that stacks with anything.

In the second situation, the Rogue Tactic of Brutal Scoundrel is a distinct entity from Torturous Strike's bonus damage for having the tactic, and both would apply. (Most damage bonuses are untyped, by the way, except for those from feats, or from items)
