Fighters' Bonus Feat List expanded?

I realize that in the PHB there is a list of Fighters' Bonus Feats. And the PHB states that the Bonus Feats must be taken from this list.

Since Sword & Fist has been out has the list been expanded?

Yes. Either pick up the latest printing of Sword and Fist or download the S&F errata for the list of addtional fighter's bonus feats.

For other class guidebooks, any feat marked with an asterisk ("*") is considered fighter's bonus feat.

I believe that the S&F errata lists feats from that book that are added to the fighter's list.

Some 3rd party stuff also lists feats that can be taken as fighter bonus feats, but generally you need to house rule it.

I can't recall off-hand whether or not MotW specifies any feats as FBFs.

MotW does indeed have more Fighter Feats. Some of the feats are marked with '*', and the key is buried in the opening paragraphs for the feat section (these are the fighter feats).

The feats from MotW that are added to the list of Fighter Bonus Feats are Dragon's Toughness, Dwarf's Toughness, Giant's Toughness, Greater Two-Weapon Fighting, Multidexterity, Off-Hand Parry, and Power Critical.

Several other products also add feats to the list...
Lords of Darkness: Phalanx Fighting
Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting: Foe Hunter and Twin Sword Style
Oriental Adventures: Superior Expertise

The list of fighter's feats has grown so large as to hardly be a restriction any more.

Nonetheless there are still a few feats you may want to take as a fighter that are not on even the expanded list.

That's odd. They can pick the enhanced toughness feats but not the normal toughness feat?

Like I said, the list has grown to the point of being practically no restriction at all. No one has been willing to actually modify the original list, though, only add virtually all new feats remotely related to melee to the list.

Considering feats are all a fighter gets thats not a problem.
