Fighting Offensively or: how i learned to stop worrying and love the reckless combat

I would prefer to have the AoO drawn before the attack, but not distrupt the action.. unless of course the results of the AoO make it impossible to continue the attack.

As to interatives, why not an AoO on each attack, thats what Combat Reflexes is for

- honestly, iteratives may make this dangerous in a high level monks hands {literally}. Monks tend to have high ACs and low damage, they might be able to afford being reckless all the time. Add in thier higher iteratives you end up with a higher damage output. This aspect would have to be crippled by either multiple AoO, limiting to a single attack, or increase the penalty based on number of attacks taken..

Fer instance:
Fighting Offensively provides a +2 to damage on all melee damage rolls. You suffer a penalty of 2 to AC until your next initiative count. This penalty increases by 2 for each attack you take during your turn. At the end of your attack you draw an AoO from all opponents who threaten you.
