I have no idea about when it'll be in print. But that book sounds very useful. Thanks!

I'm not sure how much interest there is in getting this in print. I did the layout in Microsoft Word, there's no fancy background, just some clip-art to break up the walls of text. It's the sort of thing you could easily print out on your home computer. But I'll look into options for it...
