So I was trying to manually uninstall an extension, and in the process I sorta kindof deleted my profile information. Had to reinstall firefox, as nothing would load.

As soon as I reinstalled it it pops up wiut the last few sights I visited (because of the extension I installed, and want to get rid of), and all of my bookmarks, extensions, themes, history and everything. I deleted the profile for pete's sake and it still remembers.

That's because all application data (bookmarks, cache, cookies, etc.) is stored in C: \Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

for some reason it slows down the load times for web pages.
