First 3.5 Character Generator software I have seen

Free software download by Steven S. Allen. Appears to be beta testing now-

You will need to install the software - very quick though.

Limitation: Looks like it is for 1st level characters only. Also: Doesn't provide a stat block option for output, but you can create an extensive notepad version you can cut & paste from. I did NOT figure out how to set up a DM password...
