I have watched those but it was ages ago, so I don’t remember his character specifically.
He became an archetype of the sinister little henchman. The character of Major Toht (the Nazi who gets his hand burnt) in Raiders of the Lost Ark was based on him. A Peter Lorre-alike shows up in practically every noire pastiche (e.g. Dixon Hill).
 


I decided not to run Prisoner 13. It feels a bit too anchored to it's Forgotten Realms setting (thanks to the movie). I'm currently running Shemshime's Bedtime Rhyme.

I think I can adapt it to be a section of Eberron’s Deadhold easily enough. Prisoner 13 herself will be a Kundarak dragonmarked heir who betrayed her house.
