By the way, how does Venom come into being in the Ultimate Universe? I only know the cartoon version and the original version, but I don't know the Ultimate verison.

A friend of mine came up with this when he heard there would be a Spiderman 3:

he pic he used was terrible, and the overall impact of that pic is... well, terrible. But I see what he was seeing (unless this was purely snippish humor), because if he was given good makeup and costuming, The Rock does have a pretty good look for Kraven.

It was a joke based on a cool idea. I think The Rock would make a great Kraven--especially the Kraven in the Ultimate Spiderman. His WWE experience would be great for the part.

Mine too. That's why I'm ever so grateful for Marvel's "Essentials" books.

In the Ultimate universe, Peter Parker & Eddie Brock's dads were working together on this "suit" that was supposed to speed up the body's healing process. They lost their funding before they could finish the project, though & Peter and Eddie inherited their work, which became the Venom suit.

Venom needs to be done by something with MAD skillz and size. Topher has little of either. Electro I feel is his speed.
