Message: <blockquote data-quote="werk" data-source="post: 2183102" data-attributes="member: 29663">Play support, you'll be better liked by the party, don't try to be the hero.  Halflings are good at throwing, so if you have tons of alchemist fire and acid and poison darts you get a little help with that.  Also, with your dex you are generally going to win init (i always take imp init) so you can move into position the first round (while everyone is flat) and spoil casters pretty effectively.   Flank and sneak.  Get something that will help you hide or stay out of range, ring of invis/dim door/blink something like that.I like the halfling rogue, even if it is bad for the stereotype.  Dwarf rogue? <scoff> because rogues never use dex or cha?</blockquote>
