Five New Feats

One other question about the new feats: How could a character aquire all of them? Have you implemented a new class with a number of bonus feats. Unless you have (and unless you added these to the fighter or psi-warrior bonus feat list), I have trouble seeing how a character could aquire all of these.

Human Character
lvl 1: 0 level spell ability
Human Bonus: 1st level spell ability
lvl 3: 2nd level spell ability
lvl 6: 3rd level spell ability
lvl 9: 4th level spell ability
lvl 12: 5th level spell abilility
lvl 15: 6th level spell ability
lvl 18: 7th level spell ability

Without epic levels, I can't see how anyone would ever cast 8th or 9th level spells.

Answer is in the previous Nebuchadnezzar's post. A prestige class. (I was about to suggest him to make a prestige class when I saw your post. Fortunately I've re-read the thread :) )

It seems to fit its campaign world. I'm curious about a "no-clerics" campaign.

Chacal

It seems like an awful lot of feats to give up for those small powers. (if they only have less than 5 feats invested)

Why do you think they are small powers? It gives any character the possibility to become a source of healing, and could give him cool spells like hold person, protection from evil, bull's strength, undetectable alignment etc. And those were only the low-level spells. Besides, there will be (as mentioned by myself and Chacal) a prestige class (perhaps even a couple) which give bonus feats so that the entire feat chain could be selected by a PC.

I was actually afraid it might be a little over-powered.

What an intrigueing world.
Thank you!

I like them! Now if we can only make the bards cast healing spells as well as a Cleric we wouldn't need the buggers!!!
Amen brother!
