Fixing stuck pages

I was flipping through my recently purchased FRPG and found something slightly annoying: two pages are stuck together at one point. So basically, I can't really get to pages 98-99.

I am aware that I can send in my book, and am hoping that this doesn't polymorph into a product-bashing thread. Unfortunately, I am super-picky and don't like the idea of being without my new shiny book for a week or whatever. Additionally, those pages are in the fluff section, and I don't particularly need to have them... But I am developing a slight case of OCD over it.

Anybody else run into this issue? And is there any solvent or somesuch thing that I might use to quickly and easily solve the problem?

My god. How did I just post a topic about this and not know what would happen... My judgement is spotty, at best.

This happened to my FRPG too. Oddly enough not my friends who bought his at the same time. All I did was slowly pull the pages apart, and it turned out fine.

A pain, but oh well...

Yeah, there were a few pages that were easily unstuck, and I pryed them apart with no damage done. But these two are fairly solidly stuck; the area where the pages meet is about 1/4 the size of a postage stamp.

If it's an important page, you could cover up the sticky part with a post-it note. (once you've pried them apart, of course)

I would suggest a thin, sharp knife. Place it between the pages and slide it through the stuck portion (slowly and carefully).
