I dont think there were any changes made. Usually WotC just lets the Dragon PrCs stand regardless of how good/bad they are. I do remember that the creator (monte cook, right?) posted that he didn't think the Sacred Fan needed to be limited to x times/day since the usefullness of it is minimal at higher levels.
